By promoting and teaching a set of core values we hope to educate our children to become confident, responsible and caring citizens.
F2 Admissions for 2026
If you have a child who is due to start school in September 2026 the online application process begins 1st September 2025. The deadline for applications is 15th January 2026, and allocation day will be 16th April 2026. Applicants who apply online will be notified via e-mail on allocation day. You can apply online now for your child's Foundation 2 place for September 2025 by clicking on the following link: www.wirral.gov.uk/schooladmissions.
Each year, we hold prospective F2 Open Meetings (for parents) in the Autumn Term. See attached flyer for Autumn 2025 Open Days.
In Year Transfer
Admissions to Wirral schools is co-ordinated by the Council. Schools cannot offer place directly. Parents are advised to discuss teh reason for requesting a transfer with their current school prior to making an application.
Year 6 Transfer to Secondary School September 2026
The deadline for applications is 31st October 2025, and allocation day will be 3rd March 2026. This year you can put up to five schools in the order of your preference. It is always advisable to put more than one school in case you are not allocated your first choice. If you have requested that your child be assessed for entry to grammar school you must apply by 31st October 2025 naming grammar schools AND non-selective schools as preferences – use all 5 preferences in order of preference. If your child does not reach the standard, then the grammar preferences will be withdrawn and the non-selective schools named will automatically become your highest preferences.
